Slide MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE IN LITTLE ITALY 10 on Columbia Our second project with INDEV began by the demolition of three dilapidated single family homes along with the removal of a billboard that has blighted the Little Italy neighborhood for years. The modern in‐fill development 10 unit project is located at the corner of Columbia and Hawthorn in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Our design team was able to navigate the 5,000 foot lot and height limitations and create a uniquely modern building that offered its residents a rich urban dynamic paired with large patio’s and breathe taking city and ocean views.

Slide c2 lofts URBAN INFILL DEVELOPMENT | HILLCREST, SAN DIEGO C2 Lofts C2 Lofts was brought to our development team by INDEV, a talented local architect-builder that was looking to break in to the San Diego market. Our development team was drawn to C2 Lofts’ flexible living space design, beautiful views and the location’s strong demographics and market fundamentals. Each home in the duplex is approximately 1,450 square-feet and includes multiple view decks, two parking spaces each, private outdoor fire pit/kitchenette areas along with double height spaces encompassing two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, media/office lofts, full modern kitchens and laundry rooms. Our partnership with INDEV provided not only a strong investment but also an opportunity to continue our push into urban infill development by developing this underutilized vacant lot into two new contemporary homes.
